9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Rex Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded.

10. Warranties & Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

A refund or replacement for major service failures

Compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

12. Termination

• Either party may terminate services:
• As per the service agreement
• Immediately if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach
• Outstanding payments remain payable upon termination.

13. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party software, hardware, or service providers. Rex Technologies is not responsible for third-party failures beyond our reasonable control.
